We've booked a 2 day trip in Chiang Mai - Today we are going trekking in the mountains, bamboo rafting, and elephant riding. The second day is a full day cooking class where we can learn to cook many of the delicious meals that we've been eating. Details to come.

Is Thailand air conditioned?
Well, our hotel room is.... and some of the cars we've been in are. But, for the most part things are open air. It's pretty hot and humid so we are really glad we bumped up our hotel room to the $16 (550 baht) air conditioned room.
