In Amsterdam
Made it safely to Amsterdam this morning after an interesting night last night. Our plane was at 6:00AM this morning, meaning we would have had to wake up sometime between 3-4 to get there. Instead of booking a room, we decided to make a night of it in the airport. When we got there (around 9PM), we had nowhere to put our bags since the ticket counter was closed. The airport information woman suggested we grab a few leather chairs upstairs in the food court and camp out there. We were expecting a quiet night with just us and the floor cleaners, but the airport overnight is even busier than in the day. Several hundred other travelers apparently had the same idea as us and were well acclimated for airport sleeping. We did the best we could, but it was so noisy and busy, I don't think we got more than 2 hours each. Anyway, we've been napping a lot since then and are excited to explore the city. We've already hit the Amsterdam Sexseum, which is exactly as it sounds. The city looks beautiful and we're going to spend the rest of the day exploring. Hope all is well!

V & M make sure you see the Anne Frank House, the tulips and windmills, and taste the Dutch chocolate. You sound great.

Hey Mr. and Mrs. Robb,
Sounds like you guys are having the best vacation ever - isn't married life awesome?!? We are totally wishing that the wedding was still going on..party of the century.
love ya,
Beth and Mike
Thanks - this is pretty much the trip of a lifetime. We love hearing from everyone and are so happy that people are saddened that the wedding is over. Which is why Margo and Mark have generously offered to throw another wedding for us every year on our anniversary. Thanks Mom and Dad!
